FITNESS CLASSES AND ACTIVITIES AT ITC

All equipment is provided, participants just need to bring a towel, water bottle and a can do attitude! For ladies participatin in dance fitness, a daily or monthly donation is suggested to help cover costs.

Dance Fitness instructors are Karrie Delp and Lauren Stutts, who lead a variety of dance fitness classes:

  • Cardio/Strength Fusion
  • R.I.P.P.E.D Fitness R.I.P.P.E.D. is an anagram for Resistance (strength), Intervals (cardio), Power (strength), Plyometric (cardio), Endurance (mixed martial arts) and Diet. Through the use of cardio, strength training and mixed martial arts, this class provides a non-plateau, high intensity workout often called “the one stop body shock.”
  • S.T.R.O.N.G Fitness
  • Zumba Dance Fitness with Karrie Delp. Zumba/TRX class at ITC on Friday mornings beginning at 6:00am. Zumba is an aerobic fitness program inspired by Latin and international music and movements and is often called "exercise in disguise." Born in the NAVY Seals, TRX leverages gravity with the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises, which develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Men's Basketball is led by Shawn Stetson. Friendly pick-up games in the ITC sanctuary happen each Monday evening at 7:00pm (after the R.I.P.P.E.D. class) and go until about 8:30pm. All levels of play are welcome! Questions can be sent to Shawn at: shawn@nbccamps.com
